Rosé or rosé wine is a type of wine that has pink coloration, intermediate between reds and whites. This color can range from a pale orange to a vivid purple, depending on the grapes used and fermentation techniques. Rosé is the result of the fermentation of juice or must extracted from black or red grapes in which there is a short contact of the bark with the wort, in order to attribute a slight pink touch of color and slightly tannic flavor to the drink.
