Exchange and Returns Policy

Right of free resolution

The customer has the right to terminate the contract, without having to indicate any reason, within 7 days from the day on which the customer or a third party appointed by him or her, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods (or the last good, in case of several goods ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately).

The client can exercise its right of free resolution through any unambiguous statement of resolution, communicated by any means that can be proved.

For this purpose, the customer must communicate his decision to terminate the contract by means of an unequivocal statement, in his words, by letter sent by registered mail or by electronic mail to one of the following addresses: strong > Rua Frei Agostinho da Cruz 18, 2900-200 Setúbal, Portugal or sell2much@sell2much.com

We note that the right of free resolution is considered exercised within the deadline when the declaration of resolution is sent before the deadline mentioned above.

Exceptions to the right of free resolution

It is not possible to exercise the right of free termination of the contract for the following products:

- Goods made according to customer specifications or manifestly personalized;

- Goods which, by their nature, can not be resubmitted or are liable to deteriorate or become out of time;

- Sealed goods not subject to return for reasons of health protection or hygiene when opened after delivery;

- Goods which, after delivery and by nature, are inseparably mixed with other articles;

- Alcoholic beverages the price of which has been agreed at the time of conclusion of the contract, which can only be delivered after a period of 30 days and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations which can not be controlled by the seller;


Effects of free resolution

In the event of termination of the contract, all payments made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a mode of shipment different from the less expensive form of normal shipping by us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of the customer's decision to terminate the contract. We will make these refunds using the same payment method that the customer used in the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed; in any case, the customer does not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement.

You must return the goods or deliver them to SELL2MUCH , Rua Frei Agostinho da Cruz 18, 2900-200 Setúbal, Portugal , without undue delay and no later than 7 days from the day you inform us of the free termination of the contract. It is considered that the deadline is respected if you return the goods before the expiry of the 7 day deadline. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received returned goods, or until you provide proof of shipment of goods, whichever occurs first.

The customer will be held responsible for the depreciation of the goods resulting from manipulation that exceeds what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you may appeal to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Body.
